No other information was provided, which means it's very likely the software is actually not compatible with Windows 10. However, if you have the software, right-click the setup package and select Properties > Compatibility. Choose a previous version from the list and then tick the Run as Administrator, then launch the software.
If it doesn't work, virtualization is another solution, but it involves having an original Windows installation disk for the OS supported by the application.
