I have contacted software support, it's been 2 months and I still have not hear from them. I know that they have given this code out in the past.
The developers are the only ones who can give you an activation code or manage everything that's related to purchasing or payment procedure. You will have to wait for their answer, or insist until they respond. There is a link on the support page that says "Request Software Help". Click it and fill the form with the necessary information.
