After a flash card is created, you use the File > Download to your phone and everything should be done by itself. However, after I installed the application, the Download to your phone option gave an error which means the phone where the flash cards will be uploaded have to be connected to some kind of servers. The only way to obtain additional info is through the developers because I didn't find anything related to how the app can be installed on the phone as well.
