Officially, no, the software is not compatible with Windows 10. According to the system requirements table, the software supports the following operating systems: Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, but it's known that Corel products tend to work with latest versions of Windows as well, because their installers are properly optimized to work in any conditions.
If you have the setup package, then you can install it, eventually apply a compatibility tweak to Windows 7 and tick the Run as Administrator option.
