Price mismatch happened because it was an offer when the software was added or something related. Since then, the developer has probably changed it and what you see now is the full price that the software is sold to customers.
I have checked the official website, but I couldn't find a way to get in touch with the developer because the Contact US and Support links lead to an ambiguous website.
