QuickTrak Enterprise on Windows 10.

Just upgraded to Windows 10, and began experiencing problems with QT (4.1.7) accessing (SQL) database - program will freeze up, and am then unable to successfully log back on and access database. Is there a patch/repair needed for Windows 10 OS?

You might have to go back to a previous version of Windows, because Quick Warehouse, Inc., the developers of the software, are not available or not even in the business anymore, so support might not come. I have checked all the websites and downloads, but it was impossible to download anything.

If Windows 10 was installed through Windows Update, then you have 1 month to go back. Click Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery. Select the first option, then follow the instructions presented.

During the downgrade operation, the PC might restart a few times.
