Printing statements.

Question

I get the following error message when trying to print statements: "Tenant Pro cannot create transactions after the end of the fiscal year period of a property." This has never happened before and only shows on some accounts and not others. The Year End Close Out has not been done on these properties.

I've checked the official website, but it's nowhere specified about the fiscal year operations. There are few questions on the FAQ page and the topics presented are different that the issue you're experiencing. However, if you have a client then you can use the Customer Portal to log-in and from there you can access online support. The IT technicians specially trained to offer support for this product will assist you further.
