It doesn't recognize the email address.

I have Quicken Expensable on my laptop and we use it to send our reports to our main office. I'm new and when I try to send a report it doesn't recognize the email. What can I do?

First, check if you write the email address correctly and try again. If it doesn't work, reboot your computer, configure your security program and Windows firewall to allow the program to communicate and check if it recognizes the email address. If not, uninstall the software and reinstall it. If you still have issues, I suggest you save the report and send it using an email service like GMail or Yahoo Mail.
