Package will not register.

Question

I sold my old pc and re-installed Audio Visual Math's on the new i5 PC with Windows 10
All goes well until register, I register first time successful and then as it re-opens after successful register it comes up with two messages that says not registered. No matter how many times I insert the code and get success the same message keeps coming up.

I have re-installed a few times, also clean out as described above to no avail? Any suggestions?

Try running the software as Administrator. The software doesn't store your registration because it's launched as a local user. Right click the executable or the program that's using Audio Visual Math and select Run as Administrator then input the registration info and all the necessary details. Restart the software and the registration should be stored properly in registry or files.
