The developers don't provide public support for this application. I believe that if you're a customer, then Support is entitled and available through the available means.

However, make sure everything is ready, then insert the CD, reset the PC and pres the Boot Selection button. Select the CD and follow the instructions presented on screen. In most of the cases, you need to simply select a few options, then everything is automated.
