If you have the setup package, launch it and follow its instructions and carefully all the information presented in the installation screens. I recommend this way because there is no installation guide on the developers website. They mentioned about PortWise Access Client being updated and released, but no downloads or installation tutorial is provided. Sometimes it's simply needed to just follow the installer's instructions and that's it.
