What versions of Windows can run Liberty 2002?

This is a very old application that doesn't have support anymore. I have tried to look for manuals or troubleshooting guides, but there aren't any. On the official website, this version appears to be discontinued, but the developers have released a new Liberty application in different forms.

I believe you will have to contact them to supply the necessary resources because the public ones are not available.
