In Windows 10, you will have to disable Driver Enforcement in order to install the drivers: press Windows + C > Change PC Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
Once Driver Enforcement is disabled, install the driver and the software and accept the warning from Windows. Reboot again and it should work.
