Most print problems are caused by the printer and the Print Spooler service. Go to Start > Run > Services.msc and locate Print Spooler in the list. Right click it and choose Restart, then try to print again. If you still have issues, reboot the PC and reinstall the drivers for your printer. In the Print menu, go to Printer Preferences and click Default to restore the default options for your printer.
