Zeroner not connecting with phone.

I bought the Zeroner bracelet but for some reason it's not connecting with the app on my iPhone. It connected yesterday, but nothing this morning. Any ideas why? I've restarted both the bracelet and phone but still no good.

It doesn't matter if you restart your phone or device. The one thing you have to do is to re-pair the devices. The bracelet should have mode which can be trigger to enter into Pairing, then you can use the phone to look for known Bluetooth devices to connect to. There is no need to enter a PIN or something related, but if the bracelet displays it, then use it on the phone and it should pair automatically.
