Game keeps freezing.

I am playing Mystery Case Files Sacred Grove on Windows 10. The game keeps freezing at the stage no matter how many times I keep changing players. How do I fix this?

Locate the icon that starts the game and then right click it. Go to Properties > Compatibility. Tick the Run as Administrator and then choose the Windows XP Service Pack 3 or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 from the list. Launch the game and test it. If you encounter the same errors, then there could be a bug in the game or the game hasn't been updated to support the latest version of Windows.
