The error E05 is a print head communication error. This means the cartridge is not communicating with the printer connections. I recommend that you remove the cartridge and then with a soft cloth and a bit of alcohol to gently wipe the printer heads then insert it back and continue working. If you still have issues with the printer, reinstall its drivers and test again.
For further problems, send the printer back to warranty or visit a local printer service shop.
