How could I input the values of parameters? Where could I get those values and also I don't know how to add a MO coated glass substrate layer.

I loaded the file numos CIGS baseline.def. I defined the working point. In the action panel I selected I-V characteristics. Calculate single shot is not enable. How can I enable it? What's the mistake I did?
