You can't change the resolution of the main window of the application, but you could try to change the resolution of your display. This is a better way to make the application display properly on your screen rather than changing its interface. However, try locating a corner to see if the resize button appear. In case the mouse cursor doesn't change, then the software has a fixed display resolution that can't be changed or tweaked.
