Can I get a password and security token reset?

Question

I can't login to the print formatter. It's not taking my Salesforce password with the security token after it. If I could get this resolved asap that would be very helpful.

I have searched for a similar issues, but I couldn't find anything related which means you will have to get help from the developers or through the community.

Secondly, open the application and go to Help > About. You can use the contact details to reach the developers.
