Someone logged into my account while I was using Snapchat and then I received an email from Snapchat saying someone logged into your account with a device name "iPhone 4S" and the ip address which for some reason showing my IP address. I don't have an iPhone 4S. I changed my password and enabled two step login. Was that a hacker and why is it showing my IP?

This could possibly be a simple error and the Snapchat application wrongly identified you as a "hacker". However, if it's showing the same IP and no one else logged in, then you should simply ignore it. However, if you share a router's network, then you might need to secure it because someone could use MITM attacks to capture passwords and login cookies.
