This software is not working well because it is being opened very very slow. After trying multiple times, it opens correctly.
I have checked the application's page and indeed, there are bugs with the new update of this application. There are users reporting that the old version was way better than the latest one. Go to Settings > Applications > All > Xsparsh and tap on Uninstall Updates. Reboot the phone and then try again. It should work this way.
