How to insert creek traverse for Excel files?

Have done this in the past, but just can't manage to get the right method. Have data in Excel 5.0 files (bearing and dist only) - just need to get it into files.

I have searched for manuals, the software, user guides, troubleshooting documents and instructions but there is nothing available. If you have the software installed, go to Help > Contents and take notes of the available details. Alternatively, access the installation directory of the application and check for PDF guides.
