When upgrading to Windows 10 from an older version, a message should have been displayed on the screen stating the compatibility with your applications. If you missed that window and the application wasn't listed as being compatible, then most likely it has been deleted from your computer without any backup at all. If you have a backup, then you should use it or if you know file format of the database, install Recuva and scan your partition of those files.
