I cannot find where to enter the key for this. I am 80 years old please explain it simply.

I recently bought the upgrade for my Seagate GoGlex Desk External drive order number ST712080573. On the 12/09/2015 I have been unable to register this and as a result it is still showing that Windows 10 does not support this product. Please sort this out for me.

I have installed all the applications that come with the drive, but since I don't have a serial number, it was impossible for me to activate it. However, open the application you have and then go to Help > Register and enter your data.

Keep in mind that not all of the apps are needed for this procedure, because there are some free ones as well. There is also a Premium version of the software that needs registration. Use the above solution to activate it.
