I'm from EMANCIL, at Angola and I have 2 smartbalancers from you (across Vantagem Definida at Lisbon, Portugal). I need the CD software, but my computer is MAC and not Windows. How can I get the software?
You will need to enter the serial number on the official website, in order to download the application. However, I didn't find anything related to system requirements and compatible operating systems.
