I can't see how companies work and the promises they made. The only solution in this case is to contact the developers/manufacturers of the application/CDs and ask them about the status of your CDs. They should provide the necessary information since they're the ones who actually ship the CDs to you. I have tried to find a website, but all without success. Use the information from CD or Help > About to contact them.
