I have checked the software and the way it works, but there is nowhere mentioned about your inquiry. If you have issues with database making, go to Help > Contents and look for a presentation guide (video or text) to learn how to properly create a database. Additionally, look in the installation folder for user guides in PDF or CHM format.

Since you are a customer you should already have a username and password created.
