The software which is supposed to offer information about this application doesn't have Davi-Recept DeLuxe listed. In fact, I have translated the website, and still I couldn't find anything related to. This could mean the app you're trying to use has been discontinued.

Secondly, if you have the setup package, right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. Select another version of Windows from the drop down menu and then try launching it again.
