The Photo-Objects Volume series are not designed to run on newer versions of Windows operating system. According to various sources on the Internet, the software is not released to be compatible with Windows 7 32 or 64bit.
Photo-Objects is available only for Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 95. In Windows 7, right click the executable that launches the viewer and then go to Properties > Compatibility. Select an older version from the list (mentioned above!) and then launch the software.
