Since there is no official information about the software and the way it works, open the Song Book and then explore all the options in the menubar. For example, in many applications you will find the Export function in File > Export, but if this option doesn't exist, open your content and choose File > Save as. Save to default file format and then copy that content on a safe place to restore it later in case something bad happens.
