The T DVR Viewer application is used to add a DVR (doesn't say what brand or model) to view its cameras and manage its settings. You can try it by downloading through the App Store. If you have a certain branded DVR, use its name and paste it on Google Search. You will find other recommended applications that you can use it with because some apps are created to work only with specific brands and models.
