This software doesn't appear to be available anymore, and besides that, no other downloads are available or a website to acquire the information from. However, if you have it installed use the Help > About and contact the developers of the application or right click the main executable file and go to Properties > Compatibility. Use the drop down menu and select the version of Windows that was compatible with the application and tick the Run as Administrator option.
