No, the software is not compatible with Windows 8. The official website of the product has been discontinued. As you can see, the compatibility at this point doesn't actually exist. However, if by any means, you have the setup package, right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. Choose the oldest version of Windows available on that list and then launch it with Administrator access.
