You will have to check the configuration data and parameters because there is no information related to this issue. I have checked all the listed websites that are connected to ATC boar and LDDM, but none provides any actual data. However, if you have it installed, go to Help > Contents and look for Connection troubleshooting. You will have more luck this way since there is no in-depth configuration guide for the application. If the software doesn't have a Help section, go to installation directory and look for PDF files.
