The software wasn't developed to run on Windows 10. Their official website lists the software as being compatible with Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7, and Windows 8 (32 & 64 bit). However, in Windows 10, right click the setup package and then go to Properties > Compatibility. Use any of the operating systems listed above and run the software as Administrator. In many cases the software will load just fine.
