Driver Hound not detecting the Windows 10 upgrade. How to correct this or how do I get a refund?

According to the details on the Specifications page, the software is not compatible with Windows 10 just yet. You can install the application on Windows 2000, 2003 Server, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8. You could try compatibility mode, but since it's an application related to drivers, I wouldn't recommend doing this. Try to obtain a refund. Since there is no dedicated page for Refunds, you will have to use the Contact US page: http://www.xionix.com/support/contact.php

The developers should provide additional information about this issue.
