Downloader is not working

I have been off VSK5 for a couple of years. I decided to play again with my new computer. I bought the game. I downloaded the downloader application and it went to my desktop, but it does not load anything. I have the key code, and I don't know what to do with it.

This download is only linked to the demo which means you will need the full package in order to install and use it. The demo will give you only a glimpse of what you can do in the game. However, if you purchased the software, download instructions should be provided to you and according to the system requirements, you will need Windows 2000, XP, or Vista to install the game properly. This could be the reason it doesn't load properly. Right click the icon on your desktop and then choose Properties > Compatibility. Choose one of the operating systems mentioned above and launch it in that condition.
