When dragging and dropping certain emails, when dragging an email from the IMAP Inbox to 1 of the offline PST folders, I'm getting this error from time to time, using Outlook 2013 on a desktop. No exchange server involved, only an offline PST file.
When it comes to Outlook and the way it works, you have two possibilities:
Either repair the software using its installer (you can access it from Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall a program)
Use the Fix It Tool released by Microsoft which automatically identifies the errors and corrects them.
