Esoo support and hanger.

We are using software Esoo Support Hanger for Revit 2015 for a project in Holland. Now we have a problem with the hangers after a period of time and if we have new hangers placed they go all upside down. Do you know how that is possible and do you know a solution?

I have checked the application, but I couldn't anything about it in terms of the way it works. The product appears on the AutoDesk page, but the Wikipedia link which is supposed to offer information about it, it's not working properly (eg. doesn't display content).
