You can set the file size of a video in Any Video Converter, but you can not know the exact size. What you can do is set the basic quality of the output video, the bitrate of the video and the audio bitrate. The higher the settings, the larger will be the size of your file. Besides the general quality of the video , you can adjust the bitrates for both audio and video (file size = bitrate (kilobits per second) x duration) as shown in the images below:
