Netclient Formula for Windows 10

I've upgraded OS from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and now NetClient Formula does not open. I get the Error message "Failed to initialize DirectDraw" Description: No Error. How can I fix it?

Try downloading the new version of the software from its official website. There are listed two versions of the product. Download the one without the [OLD VERSION].

There is nowhere mentioned about compatibility. But in Windows 10, right-click the application after it's installed and go to Properties > Compatibility. Select Windows 7 from the list and then launch the application.
