Receiving "S03 servo alarm: NR 0058 Z" on MELDASMAGIC PC-Direct Function.

Question

I am getting this alarm after the power is cut from my machine. The Z axis parameters do not stay. It resets itself. The problem is that the reset is too high and the mill slams at the top and gets and error. How can I get into meldasmagic and reset the parameters?
