PhotoDeluxe 4.0 doesn't open anymore.

Question

I have been using PhotoDeluxe 4.0 for several years, all of a sudden it won't open for me. I have never rejected any Adobe updates.

I advise removing any updates applied to the application because it's possible that one of that update completely messed up the application. Additionally, you can re-install the application, but this time avoid applying any updates. Program's functionality will be restored after you re-install it. Through reinstall you will fix any corrupted files or broken registry links/items.
