Is this QuickBooks EasyStart Lite 2010-11 an outright purchase or a 1 year lease of the lic. key?

The software is good, but you will need a new version since we're in 2015. The only place that sells the QuickBooks EasyStart Lite application is Reckon. You will have to access their website in order to purchase it. I have searched for the 2010-2011 version, but only brochures are available.
