Question

I have 3 units of RGS8000 RO controllers in our factory. One of them ceased working 2 days ago. When switched ON, it endlessly alternates between the start-up configuration screen and a bluish blank screen. The start-up configuration screen is the one with 2 horizontal bars, which before reaching the end, the light blue screen shows and then the configuration bars reappear from the beginning. The system does not go into the normal screen and the switching between the two screens is done every 3-5 seconds. Any suggestions how to remedy the problem?

I recommend you upgrade both the firmware and the software available from the official website. I have searched for this problem, but couldn't find anything available to troubleshooting it. However, on the main page, there are multiple versions of the firmware and software read to be downloaded.
