CakeWalk Express/Audio Finder Tool information

I need an editor to edit small Midi files, change the instrument of the tracks, and change the time or the key. I used CakeWalk Express on Windows 98 and also on Windows XP. I could use that version of software (3.0 I think). For Windows 7 I changed Express v8.0 to CakeWalk Audio finder tool, but I cannot download. Can you help me? I have 120 WRK files to open and modify.

The CakeWalk Express/Audio Finder Tool was the right tool for this, and although the support page shows it as being available, the download link points to the same Support page. I have tried to download it using other links or something related, but it's impossible. This means you will have to contact Cakewalk and request the tool to manage and edit your files. You can do that using the link posted below:
