What is the current state of the Solidbuilder product: version for sale?

What is the current state of Solidbuilder? Is there on-line information which is current? Is there a version for sale? I am a developer who was involved with Solidbuilder long ago. I have old versions which do not run on modern computers.

The software doesn't appear to have an active developer. I have checked all possible sources to find information related to the status of the application, but there isn't one available, which could mean the developer is out of business and the product is discontinued. SolidBuilder appears on a few websites, but those websites can't provide accurate information.

The actual state of the product indicates that SolidBuilder 15 is discontinued.
