Windows Zedge ToneSync - error connecting to iTunes

It says:

Retrieving configuration from Zedge servers.
Starting i-tunes....
Error connecting to iTunes. Please verify your iTunes installation.
Zedge ToneSync will keep trying.

But it opened iTunes before and it seems just to freeze. What am I doing wrong? It doesn't let me push the back button or the next button.

The only thing I can recommend is to reinstall the software. For iTunes, I wouldn't recommend its full removal because it will also remove the recognition files required by iOS devices. Instead, go to Uninstall a program in Control Panel and perform a repair. You can do the same with Zedge ToneSync application.
