Is Att Voices Alain 16k 1.4 compatible with Windows server 2008 R2?

We have been using Att Voice Alin 16k 1.4 on Windows XP Server for many years. We installed it now on Windows server 2008 R2 and we can't run it. After it's dialed, we hear nothing. So, is it compatible with 2008 R2 server? And is there any parameter we have to correct? Which version can replace it?

Unfortunately, there is no information related to the compatibility of the application with Windows Server 2008 R2. I have checked the official website and other related websites, but nothing have found. This means you need to run it in compatibility mode. Right click the executable or the setup package and choose Troubleshoot Compatibility. After this process, choose the options that Windows offers and then try running it again. It should work this way.
